Basic Private Client Advisor (m/f)

What awaits you?

• Provide advice on basic services such as savings, payments, investments and pension provision
• Develop solutions tailored to the client’s needs taking into account their personal situation
• Offer a personalised welcome to our clients and guide them according to their needs
• Analyse, exploit and optimise client potential through active and continuous monitoring of the agency’s client portfolio, in collaboration with advisors from other segments
• Develop the current client base by targeted acquisition of new clients
• Guide and support our clients in the use of digital tools
• Collaborate in market prospecting measures, such as contact campaigns and external representation
• Carry out administrative tasks and internal controls related to the role

What do you bring?

• Completed banking training or equivalent qualification
• SAQ certification, an advantage
• Ability to enthuse clients, focused on listening and communication
• Very good ease and skill in interpersonal relationships, sense of welcome and solution orientation
• Motivated personality with a very good team spirit and collaboration
• Residence in the district is an advantage
