Present throughout French-speaking Switzerland, we support our clients in high value-added sectors such as Fine Chemicals, Pharma, Biotechnology, Food, and Microelectronics. Our activity revolves around three complementary areas of expertise: Process (Chemical, Thermal, Mechanical Engineering), EIA (Electricity, Instrumentation, Automation) and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning).

As part of our development in French-speaking Switzerland, we are currently strengthening our team and are looking for a

PROJECT MANAGER EIA (Electricity, Instrumentation, Automation)

Your missions:

• Manage multidisciplinary technical projects (process, EIA, HVAC) in direct contact with our clients.
• Ensure project control in terms of costs, deadlines and quality.
• Lead and motivate project teams by fostering constructive and effective collaboration.
• Identify potential risks and implement appropriate solutions to anticipate or resolve them.
• Monitor the financial and administrative aspects of projects: budget, invoicing, reporting.
• Maintain smooth communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables comply with contractual requirements and current standards.
• Promote and apply best practices in project management.

Your profile:

• Degree from EPF or HES in chemical, mechanical or thermal engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex technical projects
• Strong knowledge of standards and regulations in the pharmaceutical sector
• Good knowledge of industrial standards applicable to chemical, mechanical or thermal sectors.
• PMP certification or equivalent (an advantage)
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or similar).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and team management skills.
• Languages: fluent French, professional English, German (an advantage).
