Your Tasks
- With a high degree of personal responsibility and sound expertise, you take on diverse care and support tasks for the residents entrusted to you.
- You actively shape the daily life of the residents, taking into account both their individual needs and communal interests and leisure activities.
- Empathetic communication and a trusting collaboration with relatives are essential elements of holistic care for you.
- You document all nursing measures carefully, systematically, and digitally, always ensuring up-to-date and complete data maintenance.
Our Requirements
- Your solid professional competence is based on successfully completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ.
- Ideally, you have practical experience in inpatient acute care or long-term care, which gives you additional confidence in your professional daily work.
- Teamwork, a solution-oriented approach, as well as your flexible and cooperative nature, particularly distinguish you.
- With sensitivity in interpersonal dealings and appreciative communication, you manage to respond individually to concerns and foster a trusting working environment.
