MAIN TASKS
Attached to the Human Resources department, you will be the primary contact for employees regarding the staff health policy and its implementation. You will work interdisciplinarily with other occupational health and safety specialists such as occupational therapists, HPCI nurses, the safety officer, as well as human resources and management, and will be responsible for coordinating all related activities.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Organise and ensure the application of the occupational health policy.
- Implement and/or maintain working conditions that allow employees to remain healthy by promoting their physical, mental and social well-being.
- Inform employees and assist department heads regarding occupational health and safety. In collaboration with the MSST manager, identify health risks to which employees are exposed and keep them informed.
- Provide advice on prevention against occupational and non-occupational accidents through awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department in managing absences by implementing measures that facilitate return to work.
- Participate as a member of the internal committee for the H+ branch MSST solution in collaboration with other specialists to implement an optimal occupational health and safety policy in compliance with current legal provisions.
REQUIRED TRAINING
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a role related to occupational health, preferably within a hospital setting.
- Postgraduate training in Occupational Health (CAS) or equivalent qualification.
- Organised, rigorous, flexible and committed to your role, you enjoy working in a demanding and motivating environment that requires autonomy while maintaining constant interaction with employees.
- Communicative and enthusiastic personality with strong listening skills and the ability to unite department heads and specialists around key projects.
