Your Tasks
- Individually tailored to the needs of the residents, you carry out nursing with great empathy and professional precision according to current quality standards.
- A central task is taken on in the specialised dementia ward, where you actively contribute to the empathetic and professional care of the residents.
- With your expertise and commitment, you actively help shape the continuous development of nursing processes within the team, thereby promoting a high-quality nursing culture.
