What you do
— Manage the telephone switchboard and be the first point of contact
— Coordinate office processes and provide administrative support
— Prepare quotes and co-manage projects
— Organise incoming and outgoing mail
— Co-responsible for accounts receivable and payable (including Abacus)
— Think along, plan along, help shape
What you bring
— Completed commercial training or comparable qualifications
— Confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
— Friendly, courteous and resilient personality
— Very good German skills in spoken and written form
— ERP knowledge, especially Abacus, is an advantage
