CNC Milling Machine Operator (m/f/d)

For our client, an established company in the field of mechanical manufacturing, we are looking for an experienced and quality-conscious individual as a CNC Milling Machine Operator (m/f/d). You can expect a varied role in the production of sophisticated individual parts and small series. You will work with modern CNC machines and take responsibility for the entire manufacturing process from preparation to quality control.

Your Tasks

• Manufacturing sophisticated individual parts and small series on modern CNC milling machines
• Programming and optimising CNC machining programmes
• Reading and implementing technical drawings
• Determining suitable machining strategies and production processes
• Independently setting up and preparing the machines
• Selecting, preparing and measuring the required tools
• Conducting test runs and subsequent production release
• Checking the manufactured workpieces for quality and dimensional accuracy
• Documenting and recording the manufacturing processes
• Performing general administrative tasks in the production area

Your Profile

• Completed technical training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, toolmaker, cutting machine operator or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in CNC milling
• Sound knowledge of CNC programming is an advantage
• Experience with Heidenhain controls, ideally iTNC530 or TNC640
• Confident reading and interpreting of technical drawings
• Strong quality awareness and precise working method
• Independence, initiative and technical understanding
• Teamwork skills, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
