Company Description
There is always something happening at the 25hours Hotel Langstrasse! At NENI Zürich, everything revolves around oriental-Mediterranean cuisine and sharing, while the Cinchona Bar, with its relaxed atmosphere, becomes a meeting point for hotel guests and locals. In addition, there are varied events, creative collaborations, and occasions that make our F&B daily routine anything but boring.
To ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, we are looking for an organisational talent with a good sense for numbers, purchasing, and efficient processes.

Job Description
What does your working day look like …
- You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes
- You contribute to budget creation and keep an eye on evaluations and analyses in the F&B area
- You support ordering and optimal inventory management
- As a trained hospitality professional, you never lose track, even when one project follows another
- You prepare F&B reports, analyse sales, costs, and goods usage, and keep the key figures in view
- You coordinate inventories, check stocks, and investigate discrepancies
- You work closely with our Operations Manager and the F&B teams and bring your own ideas to optimise our processes
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV …
- You have professional experience in a similar role and are a passionate F&B enthusiast
- You enjoy trying things out and taking unconventional paths
- You are an organisational talent and your IT skills speak for themselves
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
- You speak fluent German
