Your areas of responsibility
- Youth work: Conceptual realignment from 2027 and development of attractive offers after confirmation.
- Catechetics: Teaching at primary and secondary level (rpg) as well as participation in services, camps, and projects.
- Generational mix: Support of the Kolibri/Fiire teams as well as coordination of senior holidays and visiting service.
- Innovation: 10% of the workload for own projects and new ideas.
Your profile
- Degree in social diaconia or social work with diaconal qualification (TDS Aarau, FH, HF Lucerne).
- Catechetics certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Organizational talent and joy in working with young people in rural areas.
