Head of Sales / Member of the Executive Board 80 - 100 %
In this newly created key role, you will take on nationwide responsibility for the strategic and operational sales of Enzler Reinigungen AG. You are a member of the executive board and actively shape the future market development.
Your Responsibilities
- Building and leading the sales organisation
- Developing and implementing the sales strategy in defined focus segments
- Acquiring new customers and building long-term key accounts
- Responsibility for cross-regional sales projects
- Managing the entire sales cycle - from acquisition through calculation to implementation
- Professional leadership of sales activities nationwide including Romandie
- Building, maintaining and further developing the sales pipeline and CRM data quality
- Presentation and negotiation at executive and C-level
- Close collaboration with operations, digitalisation, marketing, finance and HR
- Co-designing innovative sales and offer processes using modern AI tools
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Several years of experience in facility services, cleaning or FM environment
- Proven success in building and developing customer relationships
- Experience in solution selling as well as managing complex sales processes
- Industry knowledge in target segments is an advantage
- Strong network and confident appearance at various management levels
- Understanding of calculations, pricing and contract management
- High initiative, structured working style and implementation strength
- Affinity for digitalisation and modern technologies
- Fluent German, spoken French or English required
