Introduction

The Suvretta House in St. Moritz is a traditional luxury hotel where warmth and excellent service are at the center. We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant (m/f/d) starting in the summer, who motivates, supports our team and ensures that our guests feel completely comfortable.

Your Profile

• Experience in housekeeping, ideally in a leadership role (5* hotel experience is an advantage)

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Good language skills in English and Italian, German is an advantage

• High service orientation and attention to detail

• Resilience

• Flexibility and team spirit

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the smooth operation of the housekeeping area on your floor

• Coordination and guidance of the housekeeping team

• Deputy for the Executive Housekeeper during her absence

• Assistance in organizing and optimal management of the department and planning of operational processes

• Ensuring the highest cleanliness and quality standards in all guest rooms and public areas

• Training new team members and supporting personnel development

• Contact person for guests and internal departments for questions, concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction

• Management of inventory and material stocks on your floor
