In this key role, you will lead a team in internal sales and ensure an efficient, customer-oriented handling of all sales processes together. You combine leadership, sales and organisation and actively contribute to the company’s success in the area of mailboxes and parcel boxes – we are deliberately looking for a personality with potential who wants to develop and grow.

Your tasks

• Leadership, coaching and development of a team of 12 employees 
• Ensuring efficient and timely quotation and order processing as well as compliance with processes and guidelines
• Active advice and sale of our products and services (by phone and in writing) 
• Collaboration with the field sales team in order acquisition 
• Responsibility for customer care, complaint management and data maintenance in CRM MS Dynamics
• Co-design and optimisation of processes as well as responsibility for budget and results

Your profile

• Commercial or technical basic training with sales experience 
• Leadership experience is essential
• Willingness to take responsibility 
• Enjoyment of sales and customer communication (especially by phone) 
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style 
• Good IT skills (MS Office as well as ERP/CRM systems) 
• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
