As a partner for complete solutions, we offer our very renowned customer base a high delivery readiness in the production of demanding large and small parts, including finishing and assembly into modules. For our new production facilities we are looking for:
Polymechanic / Production Mechanic
You are an enthusiastic and motivated professional with great joy in mechanical processing, not shying away from demanding milling parts. You are interested in varied activities and enjoy contributing to a motivated team. Then you are right with us.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for two automated 5-axis milling centres
You programme CAM, prepare optimal clamping devices and tools, and set up the components
You optimise machining processes and machine utilisation
You ensure compliance with quality and deadlines
You measure components with 3D measuring machines and conventional measuring instruments
You carry out maintenance and servicing work on your equipment
Qualifications:
You have completed vocational training as a polymechanic or production mechanic
You work independently, reliably and precisely
You have a strong sense of quality and responsibility
You bring experience in CNC machining as well as CAM programming
You are motivated to successfully achieve set goals
You are proficient in German, both spoken and written
