Are you looking for a meaningful challenge with heart and impact?
Then join us from the 2026 / 27 school year at the Special Needs School Bachtelen in Grenchen.
Together with your team colleagues, you will teach in small classes with 6 – 8 pupils with special educational needs. Together you will create lessons characterised by individual, development-oriented educational opportunities.
We are looking from August 2026
for a special needs educator
or a teacher 80 – 100 %
for the foundation and lower levels
You can expect a small school (approximately 42 pupils), where we maintain a respectful and appreciative working atmosphere. You will create learning spaces that are individual, structured and caring. In doing so, you will work with parents and various specialists and above all: with lots of heart and humour.
