Introduction

Groupe-oniro is a company with five restaurant operations in Basel and a boutique hotel and restaurant in Riehen.

The Landgasthof Boutique Hotel and Restaurant in Riehen consists of 19 hotel rooms with breakfast service, a restaurant with over 80 seats, 2 terraces, 2 seminar rooms and 1 banquet hall for up to 300 people.

This is you:

• You are motivated and take initiative
• You are a team player
• You are resilient, flexible and reliable
• You work carefully and precisely while adhering to hygiene standards and safety regulations
• You have completed vocational training as a chef EFZ or have many years of professional experience in the a la carte and banquet sector
• German and French spoken

Your tasks:

• Preparation of dishes in the hot kitchen a la carte and banquet
• Organisation and coordination of your own station
• Inventory monitoring and ordering for your station
• Mise-en-place tasks
• Adherence to hygiene standards
• Ensuring quality standards
