Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a motivated team of about 20 customer support staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Creating efficient duty rosters, rotations and schedules
- Conducting special services, focus and customer-oriented spot checks
- Ensuring revenue protection through frequency surveys
- Evaluating performance reports and processing ESQ notifications
- Moderating internal training and further education
Requirements
- You have completed training as a customer support staff member and have advanced specialised training.
- You are familiar with the world of public transport and navigate the tariff and system landscapes of the public transport sector with ease.
- Enjoy working with colleagues and customers
- Willingness to work shifts
- You are a socially competent, convincing leader with experience in a comparable position.
- Clear, target-group appropriate communication and ability for constructive conflict resolution
- IT affinity, organisational and planning skills as well as readiness to respond in event management complete your profile.
