What awaits you
- Open and process short-term daily sickness and accident benefit claims
- Manage administrative files, pay daily benefits and settle accident care invoices
- Contact our external and internal partners by phone and in writing
What we expect
- Commercial employee training; experience desired in daily sickness benefits or accident insurance (LAA)
- Excellent knowledge of French
- Comfortable in customer contact with a strong team spirit
- Autonomy, accuracy and thoroughness in work
