To support our growth in Switzerland, we are looking for a Business Developer located in German Part of Switzerland between Zurich/Basel/Bern area.
Reporting to the Country Director and part of a Sales Team, your main responsibilities will be to "hunt", development of a portfolio of new clients.
Your responsibilities :
- To create new business opportunities by prospecting new customers.
- To optimize business profitability with mid-size and major companies and to supervise the financial status of your activity.
- Supported by a recruitment team, to select and recruit the right profiles of consultants to build your own consultants team.
- To close offer deals on service-based contract in line with the group’s commercial strategy.
- To contribute to the company’s commercial goals with a proactive approach
Your Profile :
- Master degree in Engineering or Business.
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting sales within the following sectors: Banking finance, insurance, public sector, IT/ development
- Experience in Business Development in the Swiss market for at least two years.
- Fluent in german, ideally also Swiss Germand and english.
- Excellent listener and communicator, you are used to do cold calls.
- Able to convince and influence different stakeholders even top management level.
- Solution oriented and team player.
- Well- known for your "entrepreneurial" Skills, your creativity and your ability to network.
