What is my role?

• Support the team leadership in managing and coordinating employees

• Active participation in the operational day-to-day business of the logistics department

• Assumption of administrative tasks as well as implementation of optimisation measures in the warehouse area

• Involvement in organising and ensuring smooth processes in warehouse logistics

• Planning and coordination of customer orders taking into account scheduling requirements

• Support and accompaniment of various projects for new customers

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or comparable qualification with additional training in logistics

• Several years of experience and solid know-how in warehouse logistics

• Experience in staff management as well as the ability to motivate and develop teams

• Understanding of business processes, especially in the areas of costing and resource planning

• Strong organisational skills, assertiveness and the ability to think holistically

• High quality awareness as well as a sense of order and cleanliness

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
