In this position, you accompany machine and system projects from technical implementation to successful commissioning and ensure reliable operation of the systems. You analyse technical challenges, develop sustainable optimisation measures and implement improvements independently. Through your cross-departmental collaboration with internal specialists and external partners, you actively contribute to the further development of innovative production and system technologies.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out assembly, installation and commissioning work on machines and technical systems
Analysing and resolving mechanical, electrical and control technology faults
Identifying optimisation potentials and implementing technical improvement measures to increase performance and operational reliability
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operating instructions and maintenance concepts
Participating in and independently implementing technology and development projects
Supporting the further development of existing systems and technical processes
Collaborating with internal departments and coordinating technical solutions with external suppliers
Ensuring economical, high-quality and sustainable system functionality
Qualifications:
Technical training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation or a comparable field
Experience in commissioning, optimisation or maintenance of machines and industrial systems
Sound knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics as well as measurement, control and regulation technology
Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes and modern assembly technologies
Basic knowledge of CAD, PLC technology and confident handling of Office, PDM and ERP systems
Analytical thinking and the ability to develop practical and efficient technical solutions
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills in dealing with suppliers, internal departments and project participants
High initiative as well as quality and responsibility awareness
Fluent German language skills
