In our Logistics Center Wil, you are part of a 26-member family. Right next to the highway, you can expect generous infrastructure, modern work equipment, and a collegial atmosphere with drive. Due to the upcoming retirement of our operations manager, we are looking for a committed and assertive personality. You will start in the role of Team Leader Logistics, take responsibility in day-to-day business, and have the opportunity to develop into operations management within a year on the job.
Your tasks
- Leadership, motivation, and deployment planning of employees
- Ensuring and compliance with occupational safety
- Responsibility for maintenance and servicing of technical equipment and devices
- Active participation in all logistics areas (operational and administrative)
- Taking over various administrative tasks
- Ongoing reporting to the operations manager
- Deputy in the administration area
- Continuous analysis and optimization of logistics processes
- Contact person for customers in daily business as well as for suppliers and internal/external partners
You bring with you
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function
- Further training in logistics (e.g., federally certified logistics manager) or business background with solid logistics experience
- High quality and service orientation as well as resilience, even in hectic situations
- Team-oriented, flexible personality with pronounced communication skills and hands-on mentality
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form / French and Italian are an advantage
