Application Manager ERP (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 135,000Role:
In this role, you take overall responsibility for the ERP system and ensure its reliable system support. You use your experience in managing and further developing ERP systems in close connection with database systems to ensure stable and efficient processes. You lead demanding projects for process optimisation and drive the continuous improvement of the system landscape. You act as the central interface between the company and the ERP manufacturer and ensure professional, solution-oriented support. If suitable, you gradually expand your area of responsibility and actively shape the further development of the ERP applications.
Responsibilities:
You manage and further develop the ERP system, including administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you plan, coordinate, and implement projects for system development and process optimisation.
You act as the main contact for the ERP manufacturer and internal key users and manage efficient collaboration.
As the technical person responsible for ERP applications, you provide technical support, maintain the system as well as the BI analyser tool, workflows, and evaluations.
You build internal competencies, reduce dependence on the ERP manufacturer, and implement standard solutions.
In this role, you support and train end users in the daily use of the ERP system and promote optimal system utilisation.
Qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science or business administration with a strong IT affinity or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience in leading and managing ERP projects.
Very good database knowledge (preferably PL/SQL).
Deep understanding of production processes and a strong interest in process optimisation.
Strong communication and organisational skills, combined with initiative, resilience, and openness to new technologies.
Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
