As Head of the Network and Datacenter Department, you take on an important role in the tension between hands-on and management tasks and are thus an important guarantor for a successful leadership team within the Network executive management area.
WHAT YOU DO
- Technical and hierarchical leadership of the Network department with around ten employees at various locations in Switzerland (Bern, Sursee, Winterthur)
- Responsibility for operation, security, and further development of the fenaco network (Cisco/Fortinet)
- Assuming the Service Owner role for the network service according to ITIL 4
- Planning and conducting internal and external training and further education
- Coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Ensuring a high quality standard and continuous service improvement
WHAT YOU BRING
- Several years of experience in the network area, ideally with Cisco and Fortinet technologies
- Leadership experience and high social competence
- Solid knowledge of ITIL 4 and service management
- Strong communication skills and strategic thinking ability
- Enjoyment in developing teams and services further
- Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
- You have confident German language skills and good English skills
