For our client, a modern and renowned institution in the Basel area, we are looking for a committed qualified nurse for the night shift, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Professional care and support of residents during the night
• Ensuring and implementing the care process as well as a high quality of care
• Monitoring the health status of residents and initiating appropriate measures
• Supporting the team with nursing and medical tasks
• Responsibility for a smooth operation during the night
• Promoting and accompanying staff in demanding care situations
• Careful nursing documentation and close cooperation with internal specialist departments

Profile

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF / qualified nurse HF, DN II, AKP or Bachelor of Nursing FH
• Ideally professional experience in long-term care
• Experience in dealing with people with dementia is an advantage
• Responsible, independent and reliable way of working
• High social competence and appreciative interaction with residents and relatives
• Innovative and solution-oriented thinking
• Team spirit, flexibility and commitment
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
