CNC Setter Milling Day Shift 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Your tasks:

• Manufacture of demanding milling and turning parts for the semiconductor, medical, and aerospace industries

• Setting up and programming CNC machining centres

• Programming with Mastercam on the programming system

• Creation of initial sample inspection reports according to specifications

• Process monitoring and continuous optimisation of manufacturing processes

• Documentation of events and deviations

• Carrying out maintenance measures and minor repairs

• Care and maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment

• Preparation and provision of the required cutting tools

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic

• Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in handling CNC milling machines

• Sound knowledge of Heidenhain control systems

• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form

• Structured, swift, and precise approach

• Team spirit and flexibility for two-shift operation
