• You take over the care of the inpatient residents and ensure that the high qualitative and quantitative care standards are maintained
• Support the caregivers according to their individual needs in accordance with care guidelines
• You take responsibility for smooth care documentation

• With your professional training as a Health Specialist or as a certified Nursing Specialist HF, you bring expertise for the daily challenges and can apply it purposefully
• Thanks to your experience in long-term care, you can empathize with situations of the very elderly and resolve difficult moments with warmth and humor
• You are responsible and value a courteous manner and can motivate your counterpart if necessary
