What is my role?

In this position, you will take on the independent handling of benefit cases in cases of disability, death, as well as other complex regulatory matters. You assess claims for risk benefits and examine as well as calculate benefit entitlements considering legal and regulatory requirements. In doing so, you work at the interface between insured persons, employers, pension funds, IV offices, and other social insurance carriers. You coordinate benefits with other social insurances, assess actuarial contexts holistically, and analyse complex matters to make well-founded benefit decisions.

What do I need to be successful?

You have profound expertise in the benefits area of occupational pension schemes, ideally complemented by a qualification as a social insurance expert or a comparable qualification. Additionally, you bring experience in assessing disability and death benefits as well as a confident handling of regulatory and legal requirements. A strong understanding of actuarial contexts, legal issues, and the calculation of complex benefit entitlements characterises you. You convince through a solution-oriented, analytical mindset, openness to different perspectives, and enjoyment in handling complex matters.
