Tasks
- Processing customer inquiries
- Development of technical proposals for spare parts and revisions
- Creation of commercial offers in our ERP system
- Recording customer orders for production
- Monitoring orders until delivery and payments
- Direct customer contact via e-mail and telephone
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or similar technical apprenticeship
- Commercial further education
- Solid experience with MS Office and ERP systems
- Good English skills in spoken and written form
- We are looking for a reliable and precise working team member
Desirable would be
- Experience in the field of injection molds
- Additional language skills
