Tasks

Lead and organize roofing work on-site and in the workshop.
Plan, fabricate, and assemble sheet metal and roof structures.
Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all projects.

Skills

Completed training as a Spengler; further education as a foreman or master is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent German skills required, both spoken and written.

About the job

Your Tasks

Management and organisation of tinsmith work on construction sites and in the workshop (no office work)
Planning, manufacturing and installation of sheet metal and roof structures
Quality control and compliance with safety and occupational health regulations
Customer consultation and technical implementation of construction projects

Your Profile

Completed basic training as a tinsmith as well as further training as a tinsmith foreman or master tinsmith (or in training)
Confidence working at heights and safe working on pitched & flat roofs
Independent working style & enjoyment of teamwork
Driving licence category B, trailer test an advantage
Motivation to learn new things and take on responsibility
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
