Junior Dispatcher Two-Way Excavator (m/f/d)
Your Job
- Support of excavator scheduling as well as the head of personnel rental Zurich in all administrative matters and important incidents
- Contact person for attachments of our two-way excavators, low loaders and transports
- Ensuring optimal communication with freight forwarders, project managers, site managers, foremen and employees
- Monitoring the working hours of assigned employees
- Preparation of reports and invoicing of machines and equipment
- Co-design and organisation of training days and further education events
- Checking company vehicles regarding compliance with maintenance intervals
- Handling correspondence in scheduling
- Support with incoming telephone calls in scheduling
- Representation during absences within scheduling
- Performing on-call duty
Your Profile
- Completed basic training in commercial or technical field
- Further training as dispatcher, technical clerk or at a business school is an advantage
- Initial professional experience as a dispatcher is an advantage
- Ideally aged between 18 and 25 years
- Confident German language skills; foreign language skills in French and Italian are an advantage
- Enjoy working with IT applications
- Good user knowledge of MS Office products (Word/Excel)
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Reliable, precise and efficient working style
- Independent working style with the ability for self-monitoring and problem-solving in new situations
- Good rhetorical skills and persuasiveness
- Participation in further training
