The KPP-5 ward of the Centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (ZPPS) is a specialised ward focusing on the treatment of patients (between 18 and 65 years old) with a psychiatric illness and complex psychosocial challenges, with an emphasis on recovery and psychosocial needs.
We are looking for you to start immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Administrative tasks related to patients as well as support for the ward management
- Handling email and telephone enquiries
- Carrying out medical-technical duties
- Updating patient data in the clinical information system (ORBIS) and other software applications
- Supporting the induction of new employees according to internal ward guidelines
- Recording and processing data for quality control
- Main responsibility for ordering and logistical tasks within the ward as well as primary contact person for system-relevant interfaces
- Taking minutes at meetings
Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Professional, preferably with experience in practice administration
- Empathetic attitude when dealing with people in crisis situations
- Proficiency in common Office applications
- Organisational talent with attention to the overall result
- Networked thinking and an independent working style
- Resilience and reliability
- Team spirit and enthusiasm for multiprofessional collaboration
- High service orientation towards internal and external customers
