If you have extensive expertise in masonry works (building construction) and a communicative, team-oriented, and leadership-capable character, an extraordinary challenge awaits you. We want to grow together with you. Grounded yet innovative.
Here’s what you need to do
- Overall responsibility for the personnel, technical, and administrative management of the masonry works department
- Leading, promoting, and supporting a motivated team of around 20 employees
- Responsibility for quality assurance, compliance with legal regulations, and budget control
- Active customer support, proposal creation, and calculation
- Project management from acquisition to billing
- Further development of the specialist areas and shaping the strategic future direction
These are your skills and strengths
- Completed basic training as a mason EFZ
- Ideally further training as a construction manager, construction technician HF, or in leadership/business management
- Several years of experience in a comparable leadership position
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Enthusiasm for team leadership and employee development
