Sales Support Clerk 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client needs you as the central interface between customers and the company. Exciting and varied tasks await you here:

• You manage the entire order process - from the initial enquiry through order processing to final invoicing

• You are a competent contact person for business customers and end consumers and advise them professionally on the phone

• You coordinate orders with suppliers and ensure smooth processes

• You manage article and master data in the system and accompany new products during their market launch

• You create sales-promoting materials such as price lists, product information and mailings

• You work closely with the team in the support of important key accounts

• You take on a variety of administrative tasks that optimally support sales

What do I need to be successful?

You have a commercial basic education - ideally you have further trained in sales and can score with additional qualifications here

• You have at least 3 years of practical experience, preferably you are already very familiar with the consumer goods sector

• CRM and ERP systems are not foreign words to you - you use them daily and navigate them confidently

• Independent work is in your blood - you keep an overview even with many parallel tasks and work in a structured way

• Your customers are important to you: you listen carefully, recognise their wishes and develop the right solutions from them

• You are a true team player who likes to take responsibility and actively shape things rather than just wait
