For our partner, a company active in the field of precision micro-turning, based in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams and foster a positive and collaborative working environment
• Ensure the achievement of operational objectives regarding quality, costs and deadlines
• Identify improvement levers to increase the performance and reliability of processes
• Coordinate the activities of your sector to guarantee optimal use of resources
• Support employees in their skills development and encourage versatility
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and the evolution of industrial organisation
• Ensure a safe working environment compliant with company standards
• Contribute to decision-making through your on-site presence and operational vision

Your profile

• Technical training in the mechanical field, ideally complemented by management or production management training
• Proven experience in managing a production workshop or an industrial team
• Good understanding of the challenges related to the manufacture of precision parts
• Natural leadership and ability to unite teams around common goals; organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Pragmatic mindset, field- and results-oriented
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, rigorous and solution-oriented personality
