YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Leading the programming of our welding robots
- Independent optimisation and maintenance of robot programmes and welding processes
- Skilful adjustment of welding and process parameters
- Conducting fault analyses and troubleshooting on the systems
- Creation of work samples and WPS (MIG) independently
- Responsible for compliance with internal factory processes and specifications
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in programming and operating welding robots is essential – preferably of the Cloos and Fanuc brands
- Completed technical basic training in plant and apparatus engineering
- Professional experience in aluminium welding (MIG process) is essential
- Further training as a welding specialist is an advantage
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (min. B2)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
