In this responsible leadership role, you ensure the safety of personnel and equipment as well as the high availability of all electrical installations and systems. Your responsibilities include:

• Qualified manager according to NIV
• Person responsible for the entire electrical infrastructure
• Technical and personnel management of electrical maintenance
• Responsibility for corrective maintenance as well as preventive maintenance and metrology
• Preparation and monitoring of the budget in coordination with the technical manager
• Planning, coordination and control of maintenance activities
• Conducting technical analyses and developing sustainable solution concepts
• Management of projects and investment measures
• Further development of plants, processes and standards
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, standards and safety regulations
• Promotion of safety culture as well as support of audits and certifications
• Participation in on-call duty (approx. every eight weeks)

What you bringexpand_more

You have a solid technical education as well as leadership experience in an industrial environment. In addition, you bring the following qualifications:

• Degree as certified electrical installation and safety expert, certified technician HF electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Expertise according to NIV
• Several years of experience in maintenance or operation of industrial plants
• Experience in leading and developing employees
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong cost and responsibility awareness
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High decision-making ability, assertiveness and social competence
• German or French as mother tongue with good knowledge of the other language (at least level B1)
