We are looking for a Machine Operator (m/f/d) to complement our production team in DRS MA1 and make an important contribution to a stable, safe, and high-quality manufacturing process. In this role, you will ensure that our automated welding systems operate reliably and that our high-quality standards are maintained.

What tasks will you undertake?
You will:
- work approximately 80% as a production employee.
- operate TIG and MAG welding robot neck welding systems as well as equipment in assembly during ongoing production.
- check and monitor machines and equipment and ensure stable and safe operation.
- monitor manufacturing processes regarding quality, safety, and productivity.
- resolve minor malfunctions and carry out simple repairs directly on the systems.
- actively participate in KVP, Lean, and TPM activities and support continuous improvement.

You:
- have completed basic mechanical training.
- bring further training and practical experience in welding.
- are flexible and willing to work in a two-shift system.
- have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- are familiar with common MS Office tools.
- work responsibly, independently, and resiliently.
