Safety Advisor
Tasks
- Advising and supporting line managers on all safety-relevant topics in the areas of Safety and Security within the Coop Trading formats (Coop City, JUMBO, IMPORT PARFUMERIE, CHRIST Watches & Jewellery, Interdiscount, Livique/Lumimart and Coop Pronto)
- Planning, conducting and follow-up of audits as well as safety-technical support of sales outlets
- Accompanying and coordinating official inspections (e.g. system checks, fire protection and safety inspections)
- Analysing accidents and handling exceptional events as well as initiating appropriate measures
- Contributing to the further development of safety standards, processes and prevention concepts
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: occupational safety and health protection (OS/HP), security, safety or fire protection
- Team-oriented, independent, structured and responsible personality with confident demeanour as well as high communication and advisory competence at all hierarchical levels
- Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of at least one other national language
- Driving licence category B and willingness to travel within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein
- Willingness to be on call for several weeks per year
