Pizzaiolo DAY SHIFT
Establishment:
The Bergrestaurant Morenia is located in the middle of the Saas-Fee ski area and is the go-to place for many skiers for lunch. In the large free-flow (self-service), guests can find everything their heart desires, from pizza to Asian and pasta dishes to the grill. Also, the salad and dessert buffet lives up to its name. A large selection of drinks rounds off the range.
Position:
As a pizzaiolo, you work together with a motivated team and are responsible for a smooth operation and running of the pizzaiolo station as well as assisting at other stations. Daily mise en place as well as preparation and serving of lunch are among your core tasks.
