On behalf of our clients, we are currently looking for a:

Export Sales Clerk (a)

Your tasks:

• Independent planning of worldwide goods transports as well as professional, seamless handling of all customs and export formalities
• End-to-end order processing from entry to invoicing
• Master data processing
• Active support and assistance to the Area Sales Managers in daily business
• Monitoring delivery dates to ensure timely customer delivery
  
  

Your skills:

• Commercial clerk with a federal diploma (EFZ)
  
• Sound expertise in export and letters of credit
• Professional experience, high degree of independence and reliability
  
• Good ERP knowledge advantageous, Dynamics 365
• Native German speaker
• Good English and French skills
