Regent Lighting, based in Basel, employs around 600 staff across six countries, is the market leader in Switzerland and one of the leading lighting manufacturers in Europe. Our products are distributed internationally in 35 countries through distribution partners.
Our HR team is responsible for personnel-related matters for around 400 employees in the Regent companies in Switzerland, Germany, Italy and France and also supports our group company in Serbia. The Regent Group employs a total of around 600 staff. To bridge the gap, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced individual as
Head of Human Resources (m/f) - ad interim for 3-6 months
Your tasks
- You will take interim leadership of the HR team with two employees and ensure the operational and strategic HR support of the Regent companies in Switzerland and internationally
- You are responsible for all HR administration and ensure the correct and timely processing of all personnel administrative processes
- You are responsible for the correct and timely handling of the Swiss payroll
- You prepare the annual financial statements in the HR/payroll area
Your profile
- You have at least the Swiss Federal HR Certificate and several years of experience in a comparable HR management or senior HR role, ideally in an international environment
- You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security and payroll
- You have proven expertise in the preparation and processing of annual financial statements
- You work very independently, in a structured and precise manner and can quickly familiarise yourself with an existing environment and ongoing topics
- You can take on a fixed-term mandate for 3–6 months immediately or at short notice
