What is my role?

Our client requires a Project Manager Sanitary, federally certified building services planner, to strengthen their dynamic team, who leads projects to success with initiative and commitment.

Your responsibilities:

• Independent management of sanitary projects from the initial concept to final realisation

• Control and supervision of all project processes

• Ensuring timely and cost-efficient project implementation

• Interface with clients, suppliers and internal departments

• Professional advice and development of solution approaches for demanding tasks

• Active participation in the establishment and further development of the department

• Diverse activities ranging from water distribution systems to bathroom renovations and solar systems

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Completed training as a federally certified building services planner or an equivalent qualification

• Solid expertise and proven experience in the sanitary sector

• Ideally practical experience in project management

• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality

• High degree of personal responsibility and independent working style

• Strong problem-solving skills and flexible approach

• Communicative and open-minded personality

• High motivation and committed attitude

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
