Quality Engineer (a) 100%

• Support and quality supervision of new products from the development phase to series release
• Creation and implementation of quality plans, test concepts and control plans for new products and processes
• Planning and execution of initial sample inspections as well as approvals of production processes and manufacturing lines
• Qualitative assurance of industrialisation projects in close coordination with development, production, suppliers and customers
• Analysis of processes and products within the scope of FMEA, risk analyses and process validations
• Support in defining and introducing process and quality indicators (KPIs) for new manufacturing processes
• Conducting process and product audits as well as deriving and tracking measures

• Quality planning and assurance for new products and processes (e.g. FMEA, test plans, control plans).
• Monitoring the industrialisation of new products from pre-series to series production.
• Execution and evaluation of process validations and initial sample inspections (EMPB/PPAP).
• Identification and risk minimisation through process analyses and error prevention strategies.
• Collaboration with development, production, purchasing and suppliers to ensure quality.
• Process and product approvals, as well as documentation of action plans and audits

• Technical understanding (e.g. mechanical engineering, production technology)
• Experience in applying quality methods (FMEA, 8D, MSA, SPC)
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP and IATF 16949 or comparable standards
• Teamwork and communication in interdisciplinary projects
