Construction Project Manager General Planning / Construction Management, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You take responsibility for the planning and realisation of demanding construction projects
• You lead and coordinate internal and external project participants
• As overall project manager, you coordinate and control ongoing construction projects and maintain close contact with the clients
• You also ensure cost-, schedule- and quality-compliant site management from contract to completion, always paying attention to contract and legal compliance
• Furthermore, you take on project management, project controlling and contract negotiations
• You also lead meetings, manage project teams and actively contribute to the operational development of the company
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have training in the main construction trade as well as further education as an architect, engineer, site manager / construction technician or equivalent (m/f/d)
• You can also demonstrate professional experience as a construction project manager and are well acquainted with SIA standards and Swiss construction legislation
• Do you describe yourself as well organised, communicative, assertive and goal-oriented?
