Deputy Head of Information Technology / IT Operations / Control / Planning (100%)

We are looking for an experienced, qualified individual to provide long-term support to the Head of Information Technology for the diverse tasks in our Information Technology department, starting immediately or by arrangement.

What you can achieve with us

• In your deputy role, you are responsible for IT in the absence of the department head
• Planning and designing a sustainably coordinated and security-conscious IT architecture (platform, cloud ...)
• You create and revise IT policies, regulations, directives, and documentation
• You assist in the preparation of proposals and arguments for the management and the board of directors
• You support the management of IT risk management and the internal control system (ICS)
• You network between the digitalisation team and IT, thereby making a decisive contribution to the targeted and effective implementation of our digitalisation projects
• With your experience in managing projects according to Hermes, you ensure high quality and compliance with deadlines, costs, and regulations
• You accompany lifecycle management
• With your expertise, you promote continuous process improvements through proactive knowledge exchange

The skills you bring

• As a reliable, communicative, proactive, quality-conscious, solution- and service-oriented specialist and leader, you have tertiary-level ICT training, complemented by further education in project management
• You skilfully apply your solid ICT expertise in the context of sustainable business management and thus promote a company-wide interconnected mindset
• Your excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management experience distinguish you
• You communicate complex information and contexts in a recipient-appropriate, concise, clear, and understandable manner
