Your tasks

• You design and optimize HR processes, tools, and standards with a focus on a first-class People Experience, organizational clarity, and efficiency, in close collaboration with the HR manager.
• You conceive and implement innovative learning and development programs that specifically address future competency requirements – from interactive workshops to modern digital formats.
• You are responsible for the conception, maintenance, and strategic further development of our e-learnings and ensure that the content is inspiring, up-to-date, and practical.
• You analyze structures, roles, and workflows and develop effective measures for organizational development, enhancing collaboration, and cultural growth.
• You actively support change initiatives, moderate teams, and coach leaders confidently through phases of change.
• You drive digitalization in HR, introduce modern tools, and continuously develop our digital HR landscape.
• You support recruitment processes agilely as needed.

Your profile

• You bring professional experience in personnel development, organizational development, and/or strategic HR business partnering.
• You have proven success in change management, moderation, and supporting leaders in transformation processes.
• You possess solid experience in developing digital learning formats and are passionate about modern didactic approaches and forward-looking learning trends.
• You combine analytical strength with conceptual clarity and work in a structured, solution-oriented manner with high implementation quality.
• You convince with strong communication and consulting skills and can convey complex matters in a recipient-appropriate and inspiring way.
• You are a digital native, work confidently with tools like Asana or Miro, and enjoy leveraging technological potentials in HR.
• You speak German and English at a very high level and navigate confidently in our international environment.
• You have the drive to elevate HR management to the next level together with the HR manager and establish a modern People Experience.
