Every IV process begins with a person registering to receive IV benefits. And this is where you come into play: As a clerk, you check whether all formalities have been fulfilled. Then you invite to the on-site interview with customer consulting.
Clear pension cases are directly assigned to your responsibility. You collect all missing documents and contact the treating doctors, employers, and other insurance companies. On this basis, you are able to make the fundamental decision regarding a customer’s entitlement to IV benefits.
Furthermore, you initiate revisions of ongoing IV pensions. If the health condition has changed, the pension is adjusted. As a clerk, you also support the area of initial vocational training in all administrative matters. You contribute to ensuring that adolescents and young adults succeed in entering working life.
You already know a lot. And soon even more.
A prerequisite for this varied and demanding job is commercial training and several years of professional experience. Alternatively, you have medical specialist training and experience in the insurance sector.
