The EMS Parc de Beausobre is nestled in the park of the same name in the town of Morges, offering personalised care for 82 residents. Designed to promote intergenerational connections, the EMS is surrounded by a protected housing residence, a childcare centre, and two colleges. The EMS Parc de Beausobre also features a restaurant and a cafeteria, open to all 7 days a week, a wellness area for residents (jacuzzi and sensory baths), and an aromatic garden with a fully secured perimeter.
We are looking for our EMS in Morges and Aubonne, across multiple sites, for a:
ES or HES Facilitator (F/M) at 50-70%

YOU HAVE
- A diploma as a social educator ES/HES, sociocultural facilitator HES, or an equivalent qualification.
- A CAS as a trainer practitioner, or the willingness to obtain it.
- A driving licence and a vehicle, given the multi-site work.
- Experience or strong skills in supervising, mentoring, and supporting apprentices, interns, or students.
- Experience or a strong interest in supporting elderly people and/or beneficiaries in medico-social structures.
- Autonomy and strong organisational skills.
- Rigor and the ability to ensure structured follow-up of training pathways, while working closely with the ARS (site managers).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathetic communication, active listening, and ease in interdisciplinary collaboration.
- The ability to design meaningful activities adapted to the needs, resources, and wishes of the people supported.
- Good knowledge of, or strong interest in, the initial vocational training system, ideally in the ASE profession.
- A professional attitude combining initiative, analytical ability, diplomacy, and aptitude to support complex situations.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
Role of Apprentice Master at 40%
- Ensure the role of trainer practitioner for ES-HES social students employed by the Accommodation Department.
- Take on the role of apprentice master for ASE apprentices in the Accommodation Department and be the reference person for their training pathway.
- Participate in the recruitment of ASE apprentices, develop their training plan including an inter-site rotation, and ensure its proper implementation.
- Coordinate evaluations, centralise semester reports, and monitor the academic and practical progress of apprentices in collaboration with the site managers of the three locations.
- Support company trainers, encourage the sharing of practices, and intervene in case of specific needs.
Role with residents / CAT beneficiaries at 10%-30%
- Design, organise, facilitate, and evaluate individual and group activities adapted to residents and CAT beneficiaries.
- Promote well-being, social participation, autonomy, and resource mobilisation of the people supported.
- Develop intra- and extra-mural activities linked to local, cultural, associative, and intergenerational life.
- Participate in support projects in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the medico-social network, families, and relatives.
