For various clients, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager (m/f) who advises and supports executives in all areas of personnel management. The role includes both the strategic development of HR concepts and the accompaniment of change processes. Furthermore, there is the opportunity to actively help shape new HR structures in an international context. We are seeking a personality with comprehensive HR expertise who develops innovative solutions and masters complex challenges in a goal-oriented manner.
- Supporting and assisting companies with organisational changes as well as the development of teams
- Independently handling labour law matters as well as all issues in the area of social security
- Supporting processes in talent management, succession planning and employee development
- Actively contributing to the further development of the HR organisation, committed participation in projects as well as the design and implementation of innovative HR solutions
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Manager or in a comparable HR function are required for this position
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security is expected
- Very good German and English skills are a prerequisite, French skills are an advantage
- Comprehensive HR experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle

- Completed commercial training as well as further education in the HR field (HF/FH).- Several years of professional experience as an HR Manager or in a comparable HR function are required for this position
