About the job
The LANDI cooperatives support Swiss farmers in the economic development of their businesses. Together with the brands Volg, TopShop and AGROLA, the LANDI cooperatives also supply the population in rural areas of Switzerland with food, everyday goods and energy.
For the management of the retail business field (4 LANDI stores, 3 Volg stores, 2 TopShops) we are looking for an industry-experienced, customer-oriented, proactive leader from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.
You will also take responsibility for the training and further education of all employees including apprentices and will be responsible for regional product management.
